Pivot to Profit Week 1 Day 1: You ARE in the Right Place!

It’s Day 1 of the 2020 Holiday Prep Challenge Pivot to Profit, and I want to start off by saying that you should pause and give yourself a serious high-five for showing up.

This week, we are going to talk all about mindset, which is a slightly “woo woo” way of saying that you’re gonna get jazzed up about all of the awesome things that you are about to do in your business.

You ARE in the right place if:

👉 You want to gain the confidence you need in order to get your crafty empire growing

👉 You have foraged out into the world of online sales, but you know you there’s room to ramp it up

👉 You *normally* would have your weekends full of art fairs, craft shows, and/or barn sales...but...2020 (cue the sad music)

👉 Your time is limited and you want to know EXACTLY how to maximize your precious minutes without spinning your wheels

Today’s task:

Pull out your pen (yes, this is a pen-and-paper task, it really makes a difference) and today’s page in the challenge workbook (the workbook is in your email!), because the first step of making a dream come true is to put it out there.

I want you to write down exactly what a successful fall/holiday 2020 season would look like for your business. Dive deep into the details here, the sky's the limit. A few prompts to get your wheels turning:

1. What does it look like to NOT have to drag your show setup and inventory around every weekend?
2. What will your website look like? How will it make you feel? How will it make your customers/audience feel?
3. How many visitors will your website have every day?
4. What will shoppers say about your products? How will they feel when it arrives in the mail?
5. What do you want to be known for?
6. What do your sales look like? Toss out a number...again, the first step to making it happen is to set a goal!

This page is the first step on your personal path to success this season. You are officially on the way to setting your business up to ROCK...don’t worry if you don’t know how that’s going to happen yet. All you have to do is believe that it will.
